  • Minced Garlic

  • Cornstarch

  1. Add the pork and everything except the cornstarch and the ¼ cup of water into the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook 8- 10 hours on low. (You can cook on high but reduce the hours on high.)
  3. Shred the pork roast.
  4. Now, time to make the gravy. In a small bowl whisk together the ¼ cup of water and the cornstarch.
  5. Remove 2 cups of the liquid from the crock pot and place in a sauce pan.
  6. Whisk in the water and cornstarch mixture in with the liquid.
  7. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes until it begins to thicken. It will thicken as it cools as well.
  8. Drizzle the gravy over the roast and carrots

Notes – you can add potatoes if you want or serve with mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6
